Yes, your existence and actions have a role in the making of your fate, but they aren't everything. There are countless other forces going in different directions. That's why you must accept what you can't control.

Don't be oversensitive or overthink. Life is a fucking bully so you should not be a softie. Be a leader and a genius. That doesn't mean you will always get your way, but you can protect your soul.

People preach and act upon their own beliefs. You have yours. Think right thoughts, follow your heart, and you are on the right track.

And yes, power is paramount. Power doesn't mean being the strongest force in the universe, because it is impossible. Power means doing the right thing at any moment. This comes back to the questions of what is right or wrong, and can you actually do it? At times, accepting is the most powerful thing you can do.
